I just got the game today, and I think 3.5 is pretty harsh. It definitely has some flaws, and if it was a straight-up FPS, I think it would deserve a 3.5. But the Guncon3 is cool. I would consider myself pretty good at Time Crisis, but I could definitely see that it would be torture for someone that's okay or just starting. It's definitely not a perfect game, but 3.5 makes it sound like no fun can be had from the game. And $90 might be a little much.
