Barrister Murray Rosen KC has been appointed as the chair of the independent commission looking into City. He will also be entrusted with appointing other members of the panel who could very well hand City a points deduction.

However, while members of the King’s Counsel are deemed to be too experienced to be influenced by outside events and voices, Rosen is a passionate Arsenal fan.
