很明显由于overall修饰increase,
sales就不可能指累计销量，这个句子很明确表达这一点

如果sales能指累计销量，还会有despite么
再看这一句
Daimler’s chief Dieter Zetsche foresees no slowdowns in America through the end of the year, while Toyota’s Lexus brand will see an overall increase in sales this year, as will BMW and Audi.
如果指累计销量，还需要用will see么
