炽热合金的CD发售得比较晚，2020年2月才出，距离游戏隔了半年
而且仅作为限定实体版的赠品推出，似乎生产量只有1000份，我当然也是没拿到的
直到最近才有人上传，虽然大部分曲目和RIP版相同，但最后三首是RIP版没有的，不过片尾曲并没有收录，我单独补上

开场的压抑和最后的崛起形成了鲜明对比，衬托了主角反击的意志

第一关的BOSS战，无论是造型还是配乐都带有浓郁的洛克人X风格
BOSS如同弹簧般的动作与旋律形成了微妙的同步

火车关的BOSS战，很明显模仿了日落骑士的西部风格，CD单独收录了混音版
因为此BOSS的周期是固定的，所以和配乐形成了完全同步
怒涛般的高潮部分如同奔涌的马蹄，这也是BOSS连发闪电的攻击时刻，玩家需要集中精力躲避，非常热血

2-01 - Communication Tower

通讯塔的第一阶段配乐，早在发售前就令人惊艳，被很多人誉为本作最耐听的曲目
在坠落即死的高空平台，与蚂蚱般蹦蹦跳跳的敌人进行激烈的运动战，如同一曲探戈

2-03 - Tunnel

模仿太空哈利的伪3D射击关卡，隧道会随着音乐展现出扭曲的面貌，但因为战斗节奏并不快，所以音乐依然较为缓和

风雪骑士与雪中基地，游戏难度从这时候开始认真起来了，这两个载具关也非常有洛克人X风格
前期的雪地摩托部分节奏很快，旋律也非常急促，进入基地后节奏放缓，玩家可以利用机甲稳扎稳打，音乐也随之改变

2-11 - Final Showdown

最终BOSS战分为多个周期，氛围变得更加迷幻，特别是强制主角拉入电脑空间的部分，配乐充满了电子味

惊喜的片尾曲，通关的时候我根本没想到这个MD风格的游戏会加入一首带人声的歌曲
但随着“CD插入中”这个装模做样的趣味提示，这首《The Danger》随之开启
Mega CD也是MD的一种，不爽不要玩！（暴论）
虽然是买来的现成歌曲授权，但不得不说歌词和结局的画面是相当般配
